Scope and contact
This notice covers the VEYRA iOS development release and product website, developed by Obscura Technology. Data questions: insider@obscura.technology.
Records on your device
Guest vehicle profiles, favorite station IDs, manual charging records, language and appearance preferences stay on your device. Export and local deletion are in Profile. Your operating-system backup settings may apply to local files.
Location, maps and providers
Location is optional and requested only while using the app. VEYRA stores no location history. Map and routing requests go to Apple MapKit. Station searches send rounded map-center coordinates to the VEYRA server and data provider. These queries are not written to location-history tables or access logs. Apple and Yonga process requests under their own service policies.
Optional account
Once configured, accounts support email/password or Apple sign-in through Supabase. Local records are uploaded only when you choose sync. Session tokens are stored in iOS Keychain. Account deletion removes associated server records and the identity account.
Website and retention
The website uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Calculator inputs remain in the browser. Temporary hashed request counts may be used for network protection. Station cache is shown for at most 24 hours. Personal records remain until deleted; server-backup deletion timing will be specified before public release.
Notifications and purchases
Notifications are optional. Server-delivered alerts and production subscription sales are not enabled in this release. This notice will be updated when those data flows are activated.
